PTFE IN FILLED GRADE

PTFE

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a high-performance fluoropolymer widely recognized for its exceptional chemical resistance, low friction, and ability to perform reliably under extreme temperatures. Commonly known by the brand name Teflon®, PTFE is an essential engineering material across industries where durability, purity, and long service life are critical. Its unique molecular structure gives it outstanding non-stick, insulating, and self-lubricating properties, making it ideal for demanding industrial and engineering applications.

PTFE IN FILLED GRADE

Filled PTFE grades are engineered by blending PTFE with selected fillers to enhance specific mechanical, thermal, and wear properties. These materials are designed to meet demanding application requirements where virgin PTFE may not be sufficient. Depending on the filler type and percentage, filled PTFE grades offer improved strength, wear resistance, dimensional stability, conductivity, or thermal performance.
