Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP)  is a high-performance fluoropolymer known for its excellent chemical resistance, low friction, and superior transparency compared to PTFE. Developed as a melt-processable alternative to PTFE, FEP offers many of the same properties while allowing easier fabrication through conventional extrusion and molding processes. It exhibits outstanding resistance to chemicals, weathering, and UV radiation, along with good thermal stability and electrical insulation.
