PTFE Lined Pipes & Fittings
Babuji Teknoflon manufactures PTFE, FEP and PFA lined pipes and fittings using Carbon Steel (MS) and Stainless Steel (SS) outer shells. These lined piping systems combine the mechanical strength of metal with the exceptional chemical resistance of fluoropolymers, making them ideal for handling highly corrosive chemicals, acids, alkalis and solvents.
Our product range includes lined pipes, elbows, tees, reducers, dip pipes, spacer rings, blind flanges, puddle flanges and custom fabricated fittings.
Widely used across chemical, pharmaceutical, agrochemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, water treatment and specialty chemical industries, our lined piping systems offer excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature performance, low maintenance and long service life in demanding process environments.

Piping system of GAP
Lyma has a complete programme of reinforced thermosetting plastics (GAP). GAP products are manufactured from two-component thermosets and are reinforced in their construction with glass fibre or other high-strength reinforcements such as carbon fibre. Documentation and full traceability is available in production.
GAP products are characterised by very good corrosion properties, high strength and high temperature resistance, excellent electrical insulation and low expansion.

We have a complete range of GAP reinforced pipe systems with PVC media pipes. The pipes and fittings are externally reinforced with glass fibre reinforced polyester.
The glass fibre reinforced polyester is available in different resin qualities:

GAP reinforced thermoplastic pipes and fittings - PP/AP
We have a complete range of GAP reinforced pipe systems with PP media pipes. The pipes and fittings are externally reinforced with glass fibre reinforced polyester.
The glass fibre reinforced polyester is available in different resin qualities:

Epoxy pipes and fittings
FuturePipe GRE pipes are ideal for transporting water, fuels and chemicals. Their smooth surface and non-corrosive properties also provide very low friction throughout their lifetime. This allows smaller pipe dimensions to be used, which saves space and means lower costs than equivalent steel pipes of larger dimensions.

Underground GAP pipework systems
The pipes are produced in a high-tech pipe machine with a continuous joining process quality assured according to ISO 9001. The pipe material is composed of polyester, glass fibre and sand. The corrosion and barrier layer consists of surface mat and chopped glass fibre.

Asahi "original" flange packings
Low tightening torques, about 1/3 compared to conventional smooth gaskets, make Asahi's fully sealing flange gaskets ideal for applications such as plastic pipework. The flange gaskets are available in four versions, homogeneous EPDM, PVDF/EPDM, PTFE/EPDM or FKM-C & FKM-F. The gaskets are equipped with raised grooves for secure sealing. On the PVDF and PTFE gaskets, cold flow and possible indentations are compensated by the elastic sub-rubber. NEW! Flange gaskets PTFE/EPDM are now available in dimension DN350 and DN400!

Flange protection
The flange protection ensures that any leakage in the event of a rupture is collected, without coming into contact with people. Safe-Ring is a splash guard made of PP or stainless steel. The guard is easily installed and fits all existing flanges.

The splash guard ensures that any leakage in the event of a gasket breach comes out virtually unpressurised and without dangerous splashing.
The splash guard is delivered in a roll and cut to the appropriate length. Easy assembly and disassembly with bolted joints. Produced in five strip widths, depending on the flange connection and dimension.

PTFE bellows
The PTFE bellows are designed to absorb movement in corrosive applications and complement our lined pipes. Used, for example, in connections between pump or motor installations to prevent displacement in pipelines. The bellows are seamless and have support rings of stainless steel AISI304 or AISI316. Supplied in DN15-500. Flanges made of steel or stainless steel according to DIN or ANSI. The programme also includes bellows for vacuum applications.
Richter PFA/PTFE lined ball valve type KN/F
Full bore internally lined ball valve for aggressive and corrosive fluids. The valve is supplied with Richter's patented ENVIPACK system, a spindle seal with PTFE bellows, which is pre-tensioned to withstand hot and cold operating conditions. All media-contacting parts of at least 3 mm thick cladding. Ball with integrated spindle, resulting in no hysteresis in that part of the valve. Can also be supplied with ball and separate stem, i.e. a floating ball design. Actuators can be directly mounted via a mounting flange according to ISO 5211.
